Deliveries and Refunds
We accept returns via mail or in person at our office, which is not a storefront. Upon receiving your returned package, our dedicated return department team will inspect it and issue you an online credit; please note, we do not offer cash refunds. To initiate a return, kindly send us an email and complete the form on our “Contact Us” page. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return reaches us. For mail returns, your item must be received within 21 days from the initial delivery attempt, while local pick-up returns should reach us within 21 days from the order placement date. Remember to include original tags and your information, order number, and email used during checkout inside the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; return shipping labels are not provided. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Pick up : Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be prepared. You will receive an email or text notification from us once your order is ready for pickup. Please be aware that visiting our pickup location before receiving this notification will not allow you to retrieve your order.
